SHIPPING INFORMATION

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day. Orders placed on a Friday (after 12 PM), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays and busy periods). During busy periods, we aim to dispatch your order within two working days.

What are the shipping costs?

If your order total is above £20 we offer free shipping. If your order total is below £20 the postage will cost £4 for Express shipping, or £3.50 for Standard shipping.

When will my order arrive?

We post all orders using the Royal Mail tracked parcel services. If you choose the "Express" service your order should arrive the next business day after dispatch. If you choose the "Standard" service your order should arrive within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Where is my order? 

Please check your tracking link that was emailed at the time of dispatch (remember to check your junk folder in case the email ends up there by mistake).
